These collaborations have facilitated seamless connections, strengthened loyalty reciprocity, and tapped into unique markets, generating new traffic flows. By expanding its global footprint through interline agreements and codeshares, Emirates has empowered its customers to reach destinations beyond its own network.

A Global Partner Network across Continents

Since signing its first interline agreement, Emirates’ partner network has experienced exponential growth across Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East. Currently, the airline boasts an impressive portfolio of 29 codeshare, 117 interline, and 11 intermodal rail partners, spanning over 100 countries. This extensive network offers travelers a diverse array of travel choices, flexible schedules, and seamless connectivity. It encompasses over 5,250 additional sectors, covering more than 800 cities worldwide.

Enhanced Travel Experience and Benefits

These benefits are designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Expansion of Partnerships and Collaboration

Emirates continues to evolve its partnership strategy by expanding interline agreements into full-fledged codeshare agreements and strengthening existing codeshares. The airline aims to further solidify its industry-leading network position and offer an even broader range of destinations. In the past year, Emirates has signed codeshare and interline agreements with 11 airlines, including prominent partnerships with United Airlines, Air Canada, Airlink, Aegean Airlines, and Royal Air Maroc. Recently, an interline agreement with Kenya Airways has also been announced.

Future Prospects and Collaboration

Emirates is set to establish new partnerships and deepen cooperation with airlines across East, South, and Central Asia, Africa, and Europe. The airline’s loyalty program, Emirates Skywards, and its freight division, Emirates SkyCargo, work closely with codeshare and interline partners to coordinate holistic partnerships. These collaborations complement the airline’s network and loyalty program frameworks, maximizing benefits for customers flying with both carriers and enabling efficient market penetration. Emirates Airport Services play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity and reciprocal lounge access for customers, further enhancing the overall travel experience.
