In collaboration with Al Tamimi & Company, Dubai Chambers organized an insightful Maritime Law workshop. This session provided a comprehensive overview of Federal Decree-Law No. 43 of 2023, emphasizing obligations related to Bills of Lading (BoL) and recent changes in liability limitations. Discussions also covered vital topics such as marine insurance categories and legal considerations for cargo insurance claims, including provisions for marine debris removal.
